Hey, I’m Simone I am the owner and founder of Noughties Baby we are based in Dundee, Scotland. I'm a Scottish fashion-crazed, groovy gal obsessed with all things, dance and techno, trying to make her dream a reality.

We are a groovy little sustainable fashion brand with all the products being handmade and designed in-house, to order, at Noughties Baby we offer something that most high street brands do not in terms of quality, consistent sizing, and style.

What Inspired Me To Start Noughties Baby?

Not long after I had turned 18 I went to Reading Rooms for the first time and I can just remember instantly falling in love, hearing music I had grown up listening to, feeling the vibe of the club and everyone there was majestic. I feel that's where my style was born and everything changed for me. I found who I was meant to be and developed a deep love for all things dance, techno and vintage. 

A year later I had not long finished Textiles at college and had decided not to go to university as I didn't get into my preferred choices. That summer I attend my first music festival Parklife and wore the first ever handmade outfit I had purchased from a brand and I remember me and my friend saying to each other how difficult it was to find nice festival outfits and looking at everyone else’s amazing outfits and thinking I could make these myself, and from there I’ve never looked back.
