99% of handmade orders will be sent out within the time scale stated at the top of the website on every page, orders may take longer if fabrics need to be reordered but in this instance, we will try to contact you as soon as possible to let you know. During quieter periods you may receive your orders a lot quicker.
Orders can be prioritised if requested prior to the order being placed. If you do not message prior to ordering we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on the date you later request and during busier periods prioritising orders may not be possible.

Items not received?
Once shipped, items should arrive within the time scale provided for the shipping option you selected.
Still not got it?
Royal Mail states that after 10 working days we can claim for the item being lost, please contact us if it still has not arrived after 10 working days and we can help you with filling out a claim.
