Returns Policy:

As our items are carefully handmade to order, all sales are considered final. However, we gladly offer exchanges for a different size if the items do not fit, provided we still have the fabric available. Kindly allow adequate time for the remaking process.

Conditions for Exchanges:

• Items must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were dispatched.
• Clothing should not have been worn.
• For bikini bottoms, please ensure the hygiene sticker remains intact and has not been removed.

Timeline for Returns:

To initiate an exchange or adjustment, kindly notify us and return the items within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a signed-for shipping method and obtaining proof of postage to safeguard against potential losses.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, we happily bear the expenses associated with shipping the exchanged items back to you.

International Orders:

Regrettably, due to customs charges, we are unable to accept exchanges for international orders at this moment.
