Refund policy

As all of our items are handmade to order all sales are final but we do offer exchanges for a different size if the items do not fit and we still have stock of the fabric that your items were in. Please allow time for the items to be remade.

The items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out and must also have not been worn. When returning bikini bottoms, please ensure that the hygiene sticker is still in place and has not been removed. 

You must message and return items within 14 days of receiving your items for exchanges/adjustments to be made. We strongly recommend sending items signed for and making sure your receive proof of postage just in case the items go missing. 

You will be responsible responsible for shipping return costs. But we cover the costs for shipping it back to you.

Due to customs charges, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders at this moment in time.

Timeline for Returns:

To initiate an exchange or adjustment, kindly notify us and return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a signed-for shipping method and obtaining proof of postage to safeguard against potential losses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 day of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, we happily bear the expenses associated with shipping the exchanged items back to you.

International Orders:

Regrettably, due to customs charges, we are unable to accept exchanges for international orders at this moment.
